We suggest that guests budget about US$30/day for your food and drink. Most meals will be eaten in restaurants or
small local eateries. Meal prices vary between US$3 for a plate of tacos and US$15 for a seafood feast in a nice restaurant.
A bottle of Corona costs about US$1 at stores and some bars, and goes up to about US$3 at hip bars.
Occasionally Pia will prepare a home cooked meal as well.
Travel insurance: about US$150.00
It is mandatory to purchase
travel insurance for the duration of your time on the Puerto to Puerto Surf Tour.
You can find a policy for about US$150.00 to cover you for the 22 days for emergency
medical treatment, emergency medical evacuation, loss of luggage and trip
cancellation. It is well worth the peace of mind.
